Well the frames ok now, bit off ''adjustment'' was in order The engine is apart now, after about an hour due to the side bolt for the head/barrel being made from cheese. The piston needs changing, bit more than i thought too I WILL get some some pics up as soon as the camera is charged

Pics! lol , the frame couldnt of been too much "offset" because they run the same sort/style of engine , if you think this adjust was bad , you should of seen the TTR 125 i had (frame) fitted with a chineese engine , made a custom plate for the front , welded to the bar , abit of a bodge at the back so the carb could sit correctly , the fun and ejoyment of that bike was finally sold for £180.

Ttr's dont exactly have the best frames in the world unless they have abbr cradle of course. Cant get the damn flywheel off

Yeah but how? i cant really get to it with a rubber hammer, and it wont lever off with a screwdriver

Tryed a pry bar ? or even a puller , got 3 legs on it and attachs to the fly wheel and allows you to tighten the bolt in the middle and push it down , pulling up the fly wheel.

OK then , i'll give it a go I have now found that i have to buy a new piston and rings aswell as a gearbox

It is illegal , as it hasnt got a rubber seal to stop any leaks if i happen to crash.

Update, been a while Took the plunge to do the box, and split the cases:/ (ignore all the random crap in the back, elephant thing i found ) Also cylinder head, a bit of polishing and the gear itself, pretty buggered
