Cheers guys, and yeah the wiring was reall easy with the picture printed of ;D I've got the whole rear end done, and the engine ready to go in, but i might just go ahead and get the gears over and done with Is it worth splitting the cases? And if so, i'm not too sure which side to take off

Glad you got the wiring sorted , if you are going to split the engine , wouldnt Fly wheel side be the easyest way?

Cheers for the link, but unfortunatly the CG is pushrod s a completely different top end over head cam? if so, get some tip-ex out and mark both camshaft and crankshaft.. camshaft: make a mark on the shaft / cam sprocket its self, and a mark on cylinder head, in line with the one on the cam crank: you have 2 options.. fly wheel cover on: you should have a timing mark sight hole (should me a little cap that unscrews at the top of the flywheel cover) make a dot on the flywheel (that you'll see when you open up the sight hole) and a dot, in line with it,with the 'line' heading towards the barrel. flywheel cover off: make sure you drain oil out first! make a mark on the flywheel, and make a mark in line on the crank case. it can be a tedious task. but its the easiest way to go about it.. and obviously, when you come to put it all back together, if all the marks line up, spin the engine over by hand (with the plug out) if it tightens up / stops, you've got it wrong, go back and check marks still line up. piece of cake when you get the hang of it..

Cheers man, i was thinking of something along those lines. This weekend a mate is giving me a knackerd CB125 engine, but with a good 'box. Also, i have been looking on a pit bike spares site and have found a decent (and cheap) master cylinder and grips, which will complete the handle setup . Just trying to get all the little bits done really
