not me but a friend has just bought a triumph 955i
he gets a vibration from the rear wheel over 60mph
wheel nuts are tight thats what i fought it was any ideas cheers davy

A tight chain can cause vibration problems and i do believe triumph did a recall for the rear wheel bearing at one point. Could be worth checking.

worn swinging arm bearings ,tyre not on the rim evenly,balance weight dropped off, tyre pressure( i had a vfr thaat used to ossicilate when the tyre pressure dropped a few psi )flat spot on the tread, wheels not in line basiclly cheack all the bits that go round or up and down ,its a bit vague i know but difficult to diagnose with out getting all touchy feely

triumphs do suffer from bearing problems ,, the hubs aint that good ,, my old triple used to knock out the front wheel bearings now n again ,,has he had it re-balanced ,, ? can cause vibration ,especialy if its a knock on weight and its shifted ,, worth a try even just to rule it out ,,

hi guys turns out it was a wheel bearing even tho it was changed 500 miles ago

you aint having all those brownie points ,,lol ,, i did say bearings, my old speedtriple used to be prone for it ,, the wheels and hubs were realy soft , used to knock out wheel bearings all the time ,especialy when give it a good hammering
