hi everyone
great site
I'm Ollie, 23 from south east kent, had my license since 2010 and had a blast ever since.
had a passion for late 80s / 90s jap stuff since I was a kid, and just anything cool with an engine in general.
bikes ive had
1995 aprillia rx 125 motocross bike converted for the road.
1996 Suzuki rf 400r, minter, had as a resto project, sold her on, wish I hadn't, rare now.
1990 Honda "bros" 400 v twin, 55,000 on the clock. 10k miles on it before it gave up.
1995 Honda vfr 750, bought for 800, super condition in Tahitian green pearl, best bike I ever had, sold it at 80,000 miles.
1989 (I think) Yamaha fz 600 super sport, bought for 250 after finding it chained to a lamp post outside someones house, summers riding out of it before selling it on.
1990 Kawasaki zzr 600, took it to paris and all round Belgium, great bike, engine blew up after the Europe trip.
2000 Kawasaki zx9r, jetted, race exhaust, k&ns etc absolute animal, just sold it.
1993 Kawasaki zzr 1100 d1, saved it from being broken for spares, my current bike, just spent between 1.5 - 2k on refurbishing it myself. been to Germany and back on it, 87k on the clock still going strong, had it 2 1/2 years.
if I can save something nice, ill buy it.
looking forward to seeing everyones bikes!

hi all been on retro rides for years, didn't even realise retro bikes existed DOH. I will "introduce myself" on the other thread and share what ive had over the years. I thought I would share my recently completed zzr 1100 resto with you all, certainly a labour of love, now being enjoyed most days when my back allows it! linky zzrbikes.com/threads/84817-quot-BIG-ZED-quot-ZZR-11-resto-refurbishment-pic-heavyenjoy and let me know what you think!
