my name is tony & i run a company called carbon moto ltd, we make top end carbon fibre parts for bikes (mainly ducati) & cafe racer parts in carbon or fibre glass seats, fairings, petrol tanks & mudguards, also offering a bespoke service making parts for cars, bikes, basically anything. My main passion is bikes (older bikes or old looking bikes) having been a biker since i was a wee lad on a honda "placcy" on the local fields aged about 12, now im heading towards the big 50. 3 or 4 of us shared these bikes & when it stopped running i was the one to try to fix it as my dad had some tools in the garage at home & he would often offer me help & advice. Having stripped, rebuilt & customised many bikes over the years i decided to offer this service to our customers, now it has gone full circle as my eldest lad works with me (he is a mechanic, buses not bikes) & excellent with bodywork too. We have everything we need in house, sand blasting ,fabricating, machining, spray booth, polishing ect ect. the only thing we dont have have is chroming & our plater is 200 yards down the road. sorry this sounds a bit like an advert but it gives an in site in to our existence & will make more sense when i post our latest build in the correct section its a xbr500 we are transforming into a cafe racer from a shed!!
