Arrgghhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Changing gearbox oil in my kx85 today, put some ptfe on the thread of the sump bolt, tightening up into the ptfe and SNAP!!
Its in there tight, and the oil doesnt come out, but how can i get it out??

Can you tap it round with a hammer and pick? Or weld something to it and unwind it

Its an aluminuim bolt, and its in bloody tight with a load of loctite which is probably now dry.

what was the pfte and loctite for? were the threads shagged?
ah it's only gearbox oil
