Hi, Just found out about this site, thanks Davy! Gorgeous little pocket rocket I've now owned for about 7 years. The bike is as I bought it apart from fitting the 'double bubble' screen. Now showing 20000km, still got the Honda tool kit too!

that is far too nice for a bike nearly 20 years old, did you restore it or just kept it shiny side up?

Ta....... Nope, just lucky finding a low mileage 'minter' and touch wood, managed to keep it that way. Think I'm the 4th owner since it was imported in '93. Previous owners must have loved it. It's as clean under all the plastic! Just over a couple of grand, top end I guess at the time but after looking at a few rough ones for not much less I had to have it!! Kinda think I'll not lose owt if I ever decide to sell..... ya never know, might go up in value??

Very nice bike , dont see many of the 400s around , probs because they are all being kept nicely tucked away. My dad has a L Reg CBR 1000F-H near mint here it is : (nearly the same colours as your bike)

Once had the use of a cbr250 for a ride out, everyone else has litre+ bikes and was "testing their limits" I was flat out the whole way and grinning like a loon, must be the same way with the 400, more fun with the throttle pined rather then wondering if that patch of tarmac is up to handling 180+ horsepower

It's just a toy that comes out in the sun I'm ashamed to say. I just can't bare to wreck it!! Got the old Triumph Herald too so it's difficult to keep both insured, mot'd etc just for a few miles each year. Currently sorned, hoping to get it on the road next summer.
