Wow i haven't been on here for ages! (to busy ) I was last on here in April telling you all about what i was going to do, well the little CG is very slowly getting there. I have a very small monthly budget for the project hence the amount of time taken. I first stripped the bike down and set about the frame and swinging arm with an angle grinder cutting of all the bits i didn't want,(lost about 15kg of the bike) then painted with hammerite smooth black, i was surprised at the finish,no brush marks! I have fitted a seat hump, early 80's cg tank, Z50 headlight(from Australia) LED rear light, mini indicators and mini moto clip on handle bars. I modified the wiring loom and located all the electrics in the hump including the battery. Painted the bike Vauxhall flame red and added checked strip and cr500 Honda wings. Well thats it so far i hope you can see the picture ok, i have a 27mm carb on order and a megaphone exhaust. The shortened cables will be fitted after Xmas. If you guys would like some more picture then i will try and get them on here but im not to good with computers. Thanks for reading and have a great Christmas and a happy new year! ;D Attachments:

Hope you guys had a great christmas and new year! Cg is now ready for it MOT I've fitted the shortened cables, really nice job by J J cable ltd and the carb is now a Mikuni vm22 with a 112.5 jet but i will change this for a 105 as its running too rich. Exhaust on to and sounds awesome! Front mud guard is an early Cg, took a bit of modifying as the hole on the fork didn't line up. Well that's it for now hope it passes! Rearset are next. ;D

All the proportions look fine, anything that's not needed has been removed and the rearsets will finish it off nicely. Cracking job mate! :-)
