hey there, just got back from collecting the h100 from hampshire. we fetched it in the van in the end. so i got home and thought won't hurt to have a mooch around the carpark of my neighbour's pub just to get used to it moving around etc. maybe cos needed bit of choke to get it going it occasionally cut out under braking... maybe electrical? any idea? only remembered choke was on shortly before i knocked it off for the night. so could have just been bogging down a bit though shouldnt? and the 6v electrics.... literally on idle the light is basically off. bike has new battery and wiring etc not sure what else was done at the same time. is there any way to help this? as when braking as well, the lights went basically off. which would be dangerous coming down a steep hill in welsh lanes at night. could this drop in power also be what caused the occasional cut out? i'm sure it's actually fine, just me piddling around in the dark whilst not knowing what i'm looking at.

rpms not high enough? somebody put 12v bulbs in the 6v system? got a voltmeter, you might need it if you going to get the best out of 6v system. Which is not very much at all really.
i just avoided going out at night.
