Back up for sale as the sale fell through (his missus didnt like the car)
Details...
Saab 900 B202 Turbo 16-valve with intercooler, loads of history, full pressure turbo with 160 BHP, 0-60 in under 8 seconds, mot mid December 2012 and tax end of June 2012 (available extra), heated leather seats, electric mirrors/windows/sunroof (all work), power steering, Saab 9000 CSE alloys (with recent Pirelli tyres all round), headlight wash/wipe, 3 door version
I have spent a fair bit since getting it making sure everything is okay on it and just fitted - new rotor arm, dizzy cap, HT leads, air filter, fuel filter, NGK platinum spark plugs, oil and filter change (GTX Magnatec). Also just had Halfords car mats (front and rear), and period Blaupunkt radio cassette fitted (with original instruction manual).
Comes with Original handbooks, service books, loads of receipts, Haynes manual, complete toolkit, and 1990 Saab brochure (covering the whole range).
The leather interior has been professionally cleaned and treated, and the bodywork has been professionally polished (originally tried polishing it myself but didnt do too well).
The bad points of the car are.....
1: The headlining is dropping in most places, but it doesnt affect visability.
2: The bottom of both doors are rusty
3: The front of the bonnet is badly pitted
4: The rear seat catch squeaks (sorted now)
Good points are.....
1: Last year a 3-part clutch was fitted
2: The interior is in very good condition apart from a seam on the drivers seat
3: Everything electric works perfectly
4: The Turbo works beautifully
5: It starts first time, every time
6: The alloys are undamaged (no kerbing or scuffs)
7: Its almost Full Saab and Specialist history (missing a stamp in 1994, 1996, and 1997)
I am asking £525 without the tax, or £600 with tax, and also would be open to swaps (PM me what you have)
Pictures of the rust......
First off - the front of the bonnet which is heavily pitted.
Bottom of the passenger door (rust/holes are unseen when the door is closed)
Bottom of the drivers door (same as above, unseen from outside)
Top of the drivers door
Scab on drivers pillar
