Based in Catford SE London on Catford Hill Roger is my favored MOT tester for bikes.
He's a bike enthusiast and races sidecars so has some great machines hanging around to gawp at while you wait. Testing is always fair and he's not there to rip you off, always good for a chat too.
Halfords is just down the road to which I've found handy in the past when I've needed last minute bits before the test.
