1986 Yamaha FZ400R, well about 90% of anyway.
Was bought as a project and I have made a start, as you can see the bike has been broken down in to parts and some extra bit bought. Have decided that I would rather have more of a rolling project that I can actually ride as well as modify so this is now for sale.
Items are:
- Full frame and swing arm - has frame number but no number plate/V5. Happy to give receipt.
- 2 Engines - 1 turns over and is complete, other is seized and may be useful for parts
- 2 Fuel Tanks - Blue one is good but white/red is rust and has a few holes, was using for mock up
- Alloy Bars & Risers - 7/8th Bars
- Front End - Shocks, Front wheel and disc (tyre is pretty dead) and yokes (drilled for above bars)
- Front Brake Calipers and pipes - Could probably do with a rebuild but same can be said of all second hand ones
- Rear Brake Caliper - Again could probably use a rebuild as has been sitting a long time
- Twin Headlights & clamps - Small chip in one glass and chrome is not great but was planning to paint
- Full Wiring loom and electrics - Has been chopped and showing age but was planning to use as a template for a stripped down loom
- Race seat & sub frame - Need a good tidy up and bit of repair and also paint but its a start
- Rear Adjustable shock - Needs a good clean but should come up ok
- Single Alloy Mirror - In good condition and can fit 1" & 7/8 bars
- Rear LED light - Just an eBay cheapie by the looks of it but still useful
- Lots of other bits so if there is something else your after then just shout.
