dirty? that chain cover look positively sparkling, should have an inch of chain lube grunge everywhere, that way you know the chain had enough lube ;D
clutch looks good!, i'd repair that gen cover with some epoxy putty and a file, but then i am tight.

Done some more to this. Prepped the fairing And 95% wrapped. Also done 90% of the tank. There will be a couple of joins. But they won't be that visible. Also got my new chain and clutch cable.

hats off to you for getting stuck in... theres a huge sense of achievement getting stuff done and improving things as you go along... i am in towards the end of my RS200 project and just need to sort out a couple of things to finish it...
are you aiming for a minter or just a tidy up job and make it look respectabale?

Hey. Just looking for a tidy up really. Done some more work. Fitted the airbox after heating the rubbers. Clutch cable fitted and all working fine New chain fitted. Chain guard refitted. Put some filler on the front top fairing to repair it. And got my seat re upholstered. Pics. Just one.

Lol, im glad you asked. No, im having them done at work, by our head upholster. On a lunch time, scrap material. Done in about 10 mins. For free Small update - Got through a front mudguard with a big crack in it and also got through a new stator cover, lets hope it fits.

Thanks guys. Done some work on the bike. Put the fuel tank on. And plumbed it in. Filled with fuel and tried To start it. Only for fuel to be coming out of the tank. Wtf. Checked it over and it about a 1mm hole. Not happy! It ruined the vinyl as well. So that needs to be redone. On a brighter note I got the bike cranking over. Just need some fuel and it should fire. For some mojo. I assembled the seats etc.
